Funding Options
- Working Parents (3–4 years):
Up to 1,140 hours of free childcare a year, which you can spread to suit your family. - Universal Entitlement (3–4 years):
All 3–4-year-olds can get 570 hours of free childcare a year, either during term-time or spread across the year. - Disadvantaged 2-Year-Olds:
Eligible children can access the same hours as a universal entitlement, with flexible options. - 9-Month Funding:
Available to all children from September 2025.
Tax-Free Childcare
The government can help working parents save 20% on childcare costs. For example, a £1,000 monthly fee becomes £800 after savings.
